Ground Source/Water: SEER 16.2 HSPF/COP 3.6
Ground Source/Loop: SEER 14.1 HSPF/COP 3.3
Tri-State G & T, Wheat Belt's power supplier, and Wheat Belt match electric heat payments.
Heat pumps, central, air-source w/ETS or non-electric back-up: $300/ton
Heat pumps, central, air-source with electric back-up: $250/ton
Heat pumps, ground source: $300/ton
Water Heaters - minimum size 30 gallon and a minimum six-year warranty on tank
New installation/conversion wiring assistance: up to $150
Basic Tri-State/Wheat Belt PPD combined rebate - $70 per unit
Marathon-Wheat Belt PPD - $4 per gallon / Tri-State $50 per unit
$25 per unit additional incentive for lifetime tank warranty
$100 per unit for direct exchange ground source heat pump
Energy Star appliances:
Clothes washers quality for $80 rebate
Dish washers qualify for a $60 rebate
Refrigerators and freezers quality for a $80 rebate
To receive the rebate on the appliances there must be proof of energy star rating

Motors from 10 Hsp to 200 Hsp: $12/Hsp
Motors from 201 Hsp to 500 Hsp: $8/Hsp
New installation wiring assistance: $1.50/Hsp
Premium eff of $2 per Hsp member match does not apply for motors over 500 Hsp
